Nicola Angiuli intervistato da cantine Spinelli

Today the Spinelli wineries produce doc and IGT Abruzzesi wines per year, 65% for export. The peasant tradition, the one that wanted the grapes pressed with the feet, has remained in the relationship of love and respect that binds us to the earth and to the raw material. For the rest, the company is today at the forefront in all cultivation, processing and aging techniques.

The vinification is made according to all the rules that guide the production of quality wines, continuously perfected with the help of enologists among the best prepared in Italy. The native vines - such as Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Pecorino, Passerina, Cococciola - are our strength. All our history is linked to the enhancement of typical Abruzzozo wines.

The company has underground rooms for storage and aging, where the natural temperature ranges between 18 and 22 ° c. Starting in 1999, a new room dedicated to refining and aging (mainly red wines) in Slavonian oak barrels and barriques began operating.

The growing appreciation from our customers is, for us, the best confirmation of the quality of our work. We are also proud of the many awards that our wines of Abruzzo have obtained in the most important international competitions in the sector. Finally, as we are proud, our work has helped the wines and the scent of our land from Abruzzo to establish itself from Europe to the Americas, from Asia to Oceania. It is our way of being: never far from our land, always close to the world.
